Buy bulk hours

Get expert Shopify help whenever you need it. Buy hours in bulk and spend them on any service we offer, with a dedicated Success Manager, detailed timesheets and hours that never expire.

How it works

1. Choose your hours. Pick between 1 and 100 hours. Pay once, or subscribe monthly at a lower hourly rate.
2. Meet your Success Manager. After checkout, your Success Manager calls to learn about your business and agree your priorities. Add your phone number and email at checkout so we can reach you.
3. Follow the work live. Track tasks on a live project board, see designs in progress and check quality reviews as they happen.
4. See where every hour goes. Detailed timesheets show exactly what each hour was spent on.

What's included

• Hours that never expire. Unused hours stay in your account for future tasks.
• Quality assurance. QA and any fixes it finds are covered within your purchased hours.
• 30-day bug fix guarantee. If an issue caused by our work appears within 30 days of delivery, we fix it at no extra cost.
• A dedicated Success Manager. One person who knows your store oversees every task.
• A team working 24/7. We work nights, weekends and holidays, 365 days a year, so your tasks get done sooner.

What you can use hours for

Site speed improvements, shoppable collection pages, product subscriptions, conversion rate optimisation, mobile performance, raising cart value and full site audits.

Good to know

Service hours are non-refundable. Because they never expire, any hours you don't use can go towards future work.
